i.e. “derailers”
unhelpful behaviours that may emerge when the participant is under pressure or not managing how they are coming across.

This assessment must be requested in conjunction with a personality assessment.

Values

i.e. “organisation fit”
what motivates the participant in an organisational context.

It is recommended that this assessment be requested in conjunction with a personality assessment.

Career interests

i.e. “career match”
a list of careers that the participant might be interested in persuing.

 

Potential

Critical thinking ability

i.e. the ability to define complex problems, apply sound logic and reasoning when analysing information and develop strong arguments to support solutions.

This assessment is recommended for mid- to senior-level managers, high-level graduates and senior professionals. If chosen as part of a package, you are advised against also choosing an assessment of verbal reasoning ability.

Verbal reasoning ability

i.e. the ability to understand written information and determine what follows logically from the information presented.

Choose from 4 difficulty levels:

  • Senior Manager  (post graduate qualifications) (Level 4)
  • Graduate / Middle Manager (graduate qualifications) (Level 3)
  • General Population (Level 2)
  • School Leaver (Level 1)

Numerical reasoning ability

i.e. the ability to use numerical information to solve problems.

Abstract reasoning ability

i.e. the ability to quickly grasp new concepts outside of previous training or experience.

Business reasoning ability

i.e. problem identification (strategic reasoning) and problem solving (tactical reasoning).

This assessment is recommended for graduates and managers.  If chosen as part of a package, you are advised against also choosing other ability assessments without first speaking to a consultant.
