Each development package comes with a participant report and a development feedback session for the participant with one of our consultants.

This assessment is recommended for mid- to senior-level managers, high-level graduates and senior professionals. If chosen as part of a package, you are advised against also choosing an assessment of verbal reasoning ability. |
Verbal reasoning ability |
i.e. the ability to understand written information and determine what follows logically from the information. |

Numerical reasoning ability |
i.e. the ability to use numerical information to solve problems. |

Abstract reasoning ability |
i.e. the ability to quickly grasp new concepts outside of previous training or experience. |

Business reasoning ability |
i.e. problem identification (strategic reasoning) and problem solving (tactical reasoning). |
This assessment is recommended for graduates and managers. If chosen as part of a package, you are advised against also choosing other ability assessments without first speaking to a consultant. |
