Each selection service comes with a client report, a consultation session for the client (and if relevant, the recruiter), and a comprehensive verbal feedback session for the candidate with one of our consultants.

This assessment is recommended for mid- to senior-level managers, high-level graduates and senior professionals. If chosen as part of a package, you are advised against also choosing an assessment of verbal reasoning ability. |
Verbal reasoning ability |
i.e. the ability to understand written information and determine what follows logically from the information presented. |
