We provide career change / career development services at the request of organisations, recruiters or the individuals themselves. Typically, these services are sought due to a redundancy, the desire for a career change or for career planning.
We support the careers of individuals by providing them with relevant and objective insight into their personality preferences, and how these might relate to various job roles. Individuals can expect to gain further understanding about their values, and how these might relate to their enjoyment of various types of careers or organisational environments.
We achieve this by first gathering information using psychometric testing, and then conducting a career development session to discuss the psychometric test results and the potential implications. This feedback session with a Registered Psychologist can usually be scheduled within 48 hours of the individual completing the psychometric tests.
Our Registered Psychologists are accredited by a range of publishers to use a wide range of psychometric tests, including but not limited to: the Hogan Personality Inventory (HPI), the Hogan Development Survey (HDS), the Motives Values and Preferences Inventory (MVPI), the SHL Occupational Personality Questionnaire (OPQ), the Saville Wave, the Saville Focus, the Strong Interest Inventory (SII), the Myers Briggs and the Watson-Glaser Critical Thinking Appraisal.
