As Registered Psychologists, we support the selection processes of organisations and recruiters by providing relevant and objective insight into a candidate’s suitability, through ability and personality testing, that is difficult to obtain by other means.
We achieve this by first gathering information about a candidate’s potential (abilities) and preferences (personality) using psychometric tests. We then convey this information in a way that reflects the candidate’s likely strengths and areas of concern in relation to the job requirements.
To enhance the clarity of the information and ensure an opportunity for questions to be answered, our Registered Psychologists provide clients with a consultation session to accompany the written report, usually within 24 hours of the candidate receiving verbal feedback on their psychometric test results. Typically, the organisation or recruiter further explores the areas of concern highlighted by the psychometric assessments with the candidate (e.g. in a second interview) or with referees.
Candidates also benefit from the process, as they receive comprehensive verbal feedback on their ability results and their personality preferences, including general strengths and ‘flipsides’, from a Registered Psychologist. This increases their confidence in the process, as they gain an understanding of the general psychometric test results and an opportunity to share their views. They can also apply this insight to better their 'on the job' performance.
Our Registered Psychologists are accredited by a range of publishers to use a wide range of psychometric tests, including but not limited to: the Hogan Personality Inventory (HPI), the Hogan Development Survey (HDS), the Motives Values and Preferences Inventory (MVPI), the SHL Occupational Personality Questionnaire (OPQ), the Saville Wave, the Saville Focus, the Strong Interest Inventory (SII), the Myers Briggs and the Watson-Glaser Critical Thinking Appraisal.

Choose this package if you want to know about the candidate’s potential in specific areas (e.g. verbal reasoning, numerical reasoning etc.), their preferred behavioural style (“role fit”), the behaviours they are likely to exhibit under stress, and how to best manage and motivate them (“organisation fit”).
All APPOINT packages include a client report, a client consultation session, a candidate verbal feedback session and the cost of psychometric assessment materials and phone calls.
Upgrades:
$680 plus GST
Assessments:
Choose this package if you want to know about the candidate’s potential in a specific area (e.g. verbal reasoning, numerical reasoning etc.), their preferred behavioural style (“role fit”), and EITHER the behaviours they are likely to exhibit under stress OR how to best manage and motivate them (“organisation fit”).
All APPOINT packages include a client report, a client consultation session, a candidate verbal feedback session and the cost of psychometric assessment materials and phone calls.
Upgrades:
$480 plus GST
